Training Terms and Conditions

Purchasing a training course does not guarantee a confirmed seat. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received registration confirmation from a Talley Marketing representative. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Talley reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled or rescheduled class date, as well as failure to attend a confirmed class, are non-refundable. Confirmed attendees who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to the next available session.

Certificates of completion will be issued only after full payment has been received. If you require your certificate promptly following completion of the course, we recommend paying by credit card to avoid payment processing delays.

Anritsu restricts registration for its training classes based on certain citizenship requirements. Individuals who are citizens of Cuba, Iran, Syria, or North Korea may not be eligible to attend. Exceptions may apply to individuals who provide documentation of a valid U.S. work visa or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card). If a registration is canceled because the attendee does not meet Anritsu’s eligibility requirements, no refund will be issued.
