Digital Marketing Coordinator -
Santa Fe Springs

Essential Job Functions:

  • Design and develop all digital marketing activitities
  • Maintain, update and design the corporate micro and internal websites
  • Create HTML code, and distribute email marketing campaigns bulk email provider (Constant Contact)
  • Produce, develop and execute all photoshoots and industry videos
  • Marketing campaigns: create, manage, track and report
  • Work directly with vendor executives and marketing contacts
  • Prepare campaign reconciliations and ROI evaluations for vendors and projects
  • Assist with managing and deliver content via social media outlets like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
  • Maintaining databases, managing/monitoring budgets and preparing reports
  • Research and propose new technologies and opportunities the department and company can benefit from
  • Assist in miscellaneous marketing functions as needed
Knowledge, Skill, Education and Experience Required:
  • Knowledge and understanding of common marketing practices with hands-on experience of 3-5 years
  • HTML knowledge
  • Design experience
  • Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro
  • Constant Contact or third party mail service
  • Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, linkedin, Instagram..etc

Position: Sr. Accounts Payable -
Santa Fe Springs

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform all aspects of the accounts payable function by matching purchase orders to invoices and entering the invoices into the software according to department policies and deadlines. Identify errors or discrepancies and resolve before processing
  • Invoice and bill direct shipments to customers. Maintaining a detail excel spreadsheet for freight allocations to various locations
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully
  • Maintaining proper backup files for research; reference; and payment.
  • Manage weekly payments; including ACH transactions and web payments Confirming all backup documentation is included for payment
  • Act as primary contact for large vendor; including vendor claim requests, invoice discrepancies, detail payment submissions, consigned invoicing and reconciling EDI program
  • Research and resolve any outstanding balances on accounts, including telephone, mail, or email communications with vendor
  • Printing and distributing all receivers, invoices/credits, and statements received from the Accounts Payable email address. Process completed twice a day
  • Additional job functions may be added and/or re-assigned as work load dictates
Knowledge, Skill, Education and Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of Accounts Payable (High Volume)
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and organization skills

Essential Job Functions:

    • Organize weekly Packets to Corporate
  • Answering calls dialed direct from local number
  • Order/data entry

Position: Warehouse -
New Jersey - Sacramento - Atlanta - Kansas - Seattle

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for assuring that the Warehouse is cleaned on a daily basis
  • Maintain, sort, and organize merchandise so that it can be easily located in proper bin locations
  • Responsible for picking all orders that come in on a daily basis for Talley, Inc. customers
  • Assure that product that is being picked for customer orders is 100% accurate
  • Responsible for packing all orders that come in on a daily basis for Talley Inc. cu
  • Assure that product that is being packed for customer orders is 100% accurate and protected
  • Responsible for picking, packing, and loading/checking out of customer will call orders
  • Process cable cuts, lagging/boxing of reels/coils, and palletizing reels per customer requirements
  • Shipping and receiving

Knowledge, Skill, Education and Experience Required:
  • The General Warehouse Support must be able to operate a standard forklift
  • The General Warehouse Support must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • The General Warehouse Support must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead
  • The General Warehouse Support must be able to work under deadline pressure as organization skills are the key to finding and providing merchandise quickly and accurately for customer orders.
  • Experience using a hand held scanner
  • Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Experience required: 1 year warehouse experience.
  • Ability to read and write in English. Basic math skills.
  • Customer Service skills a plus
