Talley Inc was founded in 1983 under its original name Talley Electronics Corp. John R. Talley and Elizabeth J. Talley purchased CRS, Inc., a 15 year old company with locations in Los Angeles and Phoenix. Capitalizing on his experience as CEO and President of Uniden Corporation, John R. Talley decided to focus the company's efforts in the commercial communications industry.
