Position: Program Coordinator
Location: Corona, CA
Job Summary: The role of a Program Coordinator is to provide Sales support services specifically for Program customers by coordinating customer-owned inventory for servicing Quote Requests and processing Purchase Orders and Order Releases. This position supports the Sales Organization in building customer relationships by establishing Talley as the distributor of choice and maximizing selling opportunities best practices. The Program Coordinator communicates and works with a sales team to meet quarterly sales goals and provide service excellence to customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver the Talley Message and Big Goal.
- Service customers using Maximizing Sales Opportunities best practices
- Account Management
- Manage assigned markets’ forecasts to ship by the required dates
- Identify material issues
- Update and maintain assigned Customer Trackers forecasted sites (Shipped/Picked-up, Printed, Complete, BO ETAs) on a timely basis
- Process Quote Requests, Purchase Orders and Sales Order Releases in line with customer service level agreements
- Process customer-owned inventory Purchase Orders and Sales Orders and coordinate releases with Talley material releases
- Manage Will Call appointment and shipment email notifications
- Ensure Purchase Orders match the Sales Orders
- Facilitate market calls
- Manage QFEs and invoice issues
- Mail List Maintenance

Position: Quality/Safety Coordinator
Location:Santa Fe Springs,CA
Pay Rate: $21.50 hr - $26.88 hr
Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Quality/Safety Manager with various administrative duties related to ISO and Safety. Conduct ISO Audits, data collection, and tracking of customer complaints and vendor errors. Extensive Analysis and creation of ISO-related reports using MS Excel Spreadsheets for all locations. Alternate Safety Liaison for the SFS facility. Conduct Safety audits, data collection, and tracking of safety reports and training efforts as required by the Company and OSHA.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide the Sales Manager with a report on QFEs related to sales errors – Monthly.
- ISO Internal Auditor for SFS location – Interviewing, observing, and writing reports.
- Review data, prepare, and conduct Quality meetings with all locations, monthly.
- Assist with updating Work Instructions and Procedures based on internal audit findings (ISO).
- Maintain AED Unit Report (Life of Battery and Pads) for all locations.
- Work with California Operations Managers (COR, SAC, SFS) to obtain data related to warehouse temperature – Monthly.
- Conduct Safety audits, data collection, and tracking of safety reports and training efforts as required by the Company and OSHA.
- Monitor, and analyze all Daily, Weekly, Monthly Safety Checklists for all locations via KPA program. All Safety Checklist for all locations – Monitor/Verify that corrective actions are made accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
- Assist with Safety training tracking.
- Verify the accuracy of information provided by Safety Liaisons for all Talley properties.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as required by the Company.

Requirements:

Job Summary: We're in search of a Customer Experience Support Team member to provide nationwide support services to the Sales Organization. Enhancing the customer relationship by supporting their immediate and future needs. The Customer Experience (CXS) team will be servicing the front line of all quote requests, regardless of territory, and establishing commit dates. Job Summary: We're in search of a Sales Support Administrator to bolster our team. This role provides administrative and analytical support to the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing departments. Job Summary: Be a part of our Purchasing Team, making an impact on our inventory of supplies, gathering and analyzing purchase requests.
