Position: Sales Order Coordinator

Location:Santa Fe Springs, CA

Hourly Range: $21 hr - $26.25 hr

Job Summary: Embark on an exciting journey as a Sales Order Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in our sales organization. In this role, you'll help ensure seamless order processing and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers, utilizing a variety of communication channels to guide them through their inquiries and transactions.

As a Sales Order Coordinator, you'll be facilitating customer orders and inquiries through web chat, text, phone, and email, providing expert assistance in navigating our website, placing quotes and orders, and troubleshooting issues. You'll also play a crucial role in registering and activating online customer accounts, as well as providing knowledgeable responses to questions about products, pricing, availability, and order status. Additionally, you'll proactively engage with customers through outbound calls to provide updates on order status and ensure timely service, while meticulously maintaining customer contact information in our CRM tool. With your dedication and expertise, you'll help us uphold our commitment to excellence and shape the future of telecommunications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Skilled in multitasking across phone, ERP, web browser, chat, text, and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Including Teams, and Excel).
  • Minimum Typing Speed of 50 wpm and over
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills.

Position: HR Administrative Assistant

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Hourly Range: $21.00 hr - $24.00 hr

Responsibilities:
  • Talley website – Ask Marketing to post all Job Openings.
  • Screening of resumes received on Job Boards.
  • Scheduling Interviews as needed for open positions.
  • Administrative paperwork for Background Checks & Drug Screens.
  • Scheduling New Hire Orientation Meetings.
  • New Hire Checklist.
  • New Hire Employment Log.
  • State Required New Hire Pamphlets (CA, NJ, WA, CHI).
  • Prepare New Hire Training Documents for Employee.
  • Setting up Talley Track for all new hires, transfers, and promotions.
  • Responsible for and maintenance of all new hire pictures on the shared drive.
  • Assist with the Company culture program:
    • Big Goal Award Program
    • Administrative support for Big Goal Meeting setups.
    • Talley Task Force – Point of Contact for coordinating guests and employees who volunteer for the event, assist in the coordination of the Task Force Event, such as safety, parking, t-shirt inventory and distribution for events.
    • Back up to HR Manager, Talent & Culture for Wednesday Big Goal Meetings.
  • Add/Maintain/Manage contract labor tracking log.
  • Reception and Switchboard & additional Activities:
    • Primary backup to the Switchboard for scheduled time off and meal breaks.
    • Back up to HR Assistant as needed.
Requirements:
  • College graduate highly preferred or job equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience, preferably in an Administrative or Coordinator role.
  • Microsoft Office skills are required, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Be honest, ethical, and highly confidential.
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, reading, and writing skills.
  • Positive and energized work attitude with a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong analytical skills, and detailed oriented.
  • Able to create and maintain effective working relationships with other employees.

Position: General Warehouse Support

Location: Woodridge, IL & Lewisville, TX

Job Summary: The General Warehouse Support position is responsible for order picking and packing, will call order picking and packing, staging of both ship out and will call orders, processing cable cuts, lagging reels, palletizing reels, and boxing cable cuts.

Responsibilities:
  • Help ensure the Warehouse is kept clean daily (sweeping/daily pickups of all trash on the floor).
  • Maintain, sort, and organize merchandise so that it can be easily located in proper bin locations.
  • Responsible for picking all orders that come in daily for Talley, Inc. customers.
  • Assure that product that is being picked for customer orders is 100% accurate.
  • Responsible for packing all orders that come in daily for Talley Inc customers.
  • Assure that the product that is being packed for customer orders is 100% accurate and protected.
  • Responsible for picking, packing, and loading/checking out of customer will call orders.
  • Process cable cuts, lagging/boxing of reels/coils, and palletizing reels per customer requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as required by the company.
  • Display strong work ethic and honesty and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage work with a high sense of urgency and be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
  • Clock in/out accurately and take rest and meal breaks as required per Company policy.
  • Work overtime as required based on business needs.
  • Additional job duties and responsibilities can be added at any time.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to operate a standard forklift.
  • Must to be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead.
  • Able to work under deadline pressure as organization skills are the key to finding and providing merchandise quickly and accurately for customer orders.
  • Experience using a handheld scanner.
  • Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Experience required: 1 year warehouse experience.
  • Ability to read and write in English. Basic math skills.
  • Customer Service skills required.
  • Must be able to present and live by the Talley Goal of making Talley the Premier Distributor in the Wireless Communications Industry.

Position: Cable Processor

Location:Woodridge, IL

Job Summary:The Cable Processor position is responsible for processing cable cuts, lagging reels, palletizing reels, and boxing cable cuts.

Responsibilities:
  • Display strong work ethic and honesty and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Engage work with a high sense of urgency and be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Keep yard outside clean and orderly (manage reels to be sure they are orderly)
  • Additional Job duties can be added at anytime
Requirements:
  • Forklift experience is required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Experience required: 1 year warehouse experience
  • Ability to read and write in English, and understand Basic Math
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead
