National Sales Manager
Location: Office TBD
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually

Essential Job Functions:

Job Summary: The role of the Customer Experience Team Tier 1 member is to answer inbound communications/inquiries and provide the highest level of engagement with customers and prospects. CX Tier 1 is expected to provide individualized sales support for accounts where they are listed as Sales Support to both the customers and our organizations. Sr. Credit Administrator
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay Range: $68,700 - $78,000 annually
Job Summary: The Sr. Credit Administrator will manage credit risk, credit limits, and complex reconciliations for assigned accounts, ensuring timely collections and supporting business growth through effective credit management. This role also serves as a backup for credit coverage within the department. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential for analyzing complex financial data, building credit models, and generating insightful reports.
Essential Job Functions:

Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA or Corona, CA

Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk position will be responsible for processing a high volume of Accounts Payable Product Inventory invoices, verifying product quantities, freight, and pricing, and ensuring timely payments. Serves as backup for Accounts Payable Operating invoices. Performs invoice analysis and reconciliations using independent judgment and thorough knowledge of accounts payable principles.
Essential Job Functions:
- Process Product payments and support Operating invoice payments.
- Daily: date-stamp AP inbox items, distribute backups to AP and Billing.
- Enter Product invoices; verify product, qty, freight, and cost; follow up one week for missing info and escalate unresolved issues to AP Specialist.

- Prepare weekly payments and support the payment register (Check Upload, ACH, PSP, Credit Card).
- Enter approved credit memos for Vendor Claims via VCR; escalate credit discrepancies to AP Manager.

- Manage Conexiom alerts: update part cross-references and fix pricing/quantity issues.

- Create and maintain AP Product Inventory SOPs.
- Validate, code, and enter Operating expense invoices to correct GL accounts with required approvals; batch by vendor terms for weekly payments and submit batches to AP Manager.
- Work accurately with minimal supervision; follow up weekly on vendor issues and escalate items still open two weeks before due date.
- Keep organized filing for research, reference, and payment notes.
