Position: Program Operations Coordinator

Location:Corona, CA

Pay Rate: $25.00 hr - $30.00 hr

Job Summary: The role of a Program Operations Coordinator is to provide support by managing and coordinating customer third-party material with Talley material Sales Order Releases. The goal is to ensure that all customer-owned material and Talley material Sales Orders are released by the customer need by date.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage assigned markets’ forecast to ship on schedule.
  • Identify material issues and notify vendor within 24 hours.
  • Process Sales Orders, Purchase Order and Releases to deliver by the customer Need by Date.
  • Maintain updated assigned Warehouse Trackers forecasted sites (Shipped/Picked-up, Printed, Complete, BO ETAs).
  • Manage GC Will Call and shipment email notifications.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders match Sales Orders.
  • Manage 3rd party material processes which includes tracking with 1ERP.
  • Ensure material is received, picked, packed and prepared for Will Call or shipment.
  • Manage the Will Call and Shipment schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure all Will Call pick-ups are signed by GCs.
  • Maintains equipment tracker.
  • Coordinates 3rd party antenna testing.
  • Creates Sales orders & Purchase orders for customer owned inventory.
  • Handling product returns and exchanges over the counter; working with the Inventory.
  • Control Specialist with RGA’s ensuring product is returned is in re-sellable condition.
Requirements:
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with decision making.
  • Prelude Order Processing Knowledge.
  • Minimum high school education required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Wireless Industry experience (at least one year) preferred.
  • Product Application experience (at least one year) preferred.
  • Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills.

Position: Customer Service Agent

Position: Warehouse Manager

Location:Columbus, OH

Job Summary: As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a positive work environment based on team dynamics, mutual respect, and adherence to the organization’s stated principles and values.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Ensure warehouse team is motivated and productive.
  • Oversee the daily warehouse production outputs.
  • Provide strategic direction to staff to ensure customer expectations are achieved.
  • Coordinate staff training, monitor direct-report job performance, conduct JPE’s.
  • Monitor, authorize and report overtime for all staff in the facility, containing those expenditures to the extent possible without sacrificing quality or impacting key deliverables.

  • Manage priorities and resolve issues.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
  • An associate degree or some completed course work from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred; and one to two years related work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • This position requires a working knowledge of, and an ability to operate, warehouse equipment including forklift, re-roll equipment, and office equipment including personal computers and software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • This position requires people skills, a strong goal orientation, superior time management skills and work ethic, and an ability to direct staff and work cohesively across all levels of the organization.
Financial Responsibility and Authority:
  • Equipment: Forklifts and Re-Roll Equipment.
  • External and Internal Business Contacts: Minimal Interface with customers/vendors.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct packing supply inventory checks and ensure that stock levels of packing supplies are maintained.
