Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Aurora, CO

Salary Range: $49,000 - $60,000 annual salary

Job Summary:The Warehouse Manager of the facility will ensure that high-quality service value is provided to our customers thru the efficient processing and timely delivery of the merchandise they have purchased. This resource will provide effective oversight, direction, supervision, training, and continuous motivation to the warehouse operations staff to achieve that goal.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive work environment based on team dynamics, mutual respect, and adherence to the organization’s stated principles and values.
  • Oversee the daily warehouse production outputs.
  • Assures that all established SOPs are instituted and maintained, goals and objectives are met, and customer concerns are addressed.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all core warehouse functions.
  • Ensure the warehouse team is motivated and productive.
  • Monitor, authorize and report overtime for all staff in the facility, containing those expenditures to the extent possible without sacrificing quality or impacting key deliverables.
  • Implement and administer regular housekeeping responsibilities throughout the production facility to ensure a professional appearance is maintained as a standard activity.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources employee training, Talley-Trak, performance reviews, and compliance-driven training.
  • Manage daily attendancime off requests, and payroll timekeeping activities, such as timecards and employee breaks.
  • Manage priorities and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managerial roles in a warehouse environment. College graduate, a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience dealing with employee relations matters and managing multiple personalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be highly organized, able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and work in a team environment.

Position: Assistant Warehouse Manager

Location: Lewisville, TX

Job Summary: Provide support to the Warehouse Manager in supervising the warehouse staff and help build a well-developed and high-performing team that works together effectively. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service and help resolve work-related matters. Follow Timecard and payroll Management responsibilities and ensure staff adherence to Company’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Warehouse Manager and National Logistics Manager on the Big Goal deliverables.
  • Lead by example, ensure the work environment is inviting and the team is motivated.
  • Ensure employees are aware and understand Talley’s Mission, Shared Values, the Big Goal, and policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager in setting and communicating daily employee objectives and help prepare schedules to achieve and exceed Company productivity.
  • Independently prepare customer purchase order recon.
  • Initial process and reporting of work-related injuries.
  • Assist in identifying and securing new talent (direct hire and contract) based on Talley’s Culture, Mission, Shared Values, and the Big Goal — Interviews, facilitate departmental new hire orientation, on-the-job training, mentoring, performance reviews, coaching & counseling.
  • Participate in disciplinary meetings and dismissal processes.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources employee training, Talley-Trak, performance reviews, and compliance-driven training.
  • Manage daily attendance, time off requests, and payroll timekeeping activities, such as timecards and employee breaks.
  • Report any work-related safety concerns or equipment malfunction to senior management.
