National Sales Manager
Location: Office TBD
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually
Job Summary: We’re looking for a National Sales Manager who thinks strategically, has great communication skills, and is ready to seal the deal with the Talley Team. We are a leading distributor of cutting-edge wireless communication infrastructure, specializing in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) solutions. Our mission is to deliver reliable connectivity and communication tools that keep businesses and communities connected.
Essential Job Functions:
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of key customers, maintain executive-level relationships, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and drive cross-sales.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities and industry partnerships; manage a pipeline of renewals, projects, and growth opportunities.
- Maximizing Sales Opportunities for Customer Meetings.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and execute national sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets; forecast sales and recommend sales/marketing programs.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet company goals.
- Market & Vendor Engagement: Monitor industry trends and competitors; build vendor relationships and run vendor enablement.
- Strategic Account Management: Execute account strategies to grow national customer relationships and improve profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with internal teams to resolve operational issues; track sales metrics and report insights to senior management.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in national or regional sales management, preferably in wireless communications, DAS, or LMR solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Negotiating and closing skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.

Regional Sales Manager

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Customer Experience Tier 1
Location: Gold River, CA
Pay Range: $24-$29 per hour
Job Summary: The role of the Customer Experience Team Tier 1 member is to answer inbound communications/inquiries and provide the highest level of engagement with customers and prospects. CX Tier 1 is expected to provide individualized sales support for accounts where they are listed as Sales Support to both the customers and our organizations. This position provides national support to the Sales Organization and assists in resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues related to our customers’ open orders and expectations. The CX Tier 1 will be the front line of all quote requests, regardless of territory, and will establish commit dates at order entry.
Essential Job Functions:
- Quote/Order Entry.
- Front Line queue support (4 hrs. min AUX-IN).
- Service accounts to assure growth and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate quote status daily and revise follow-up dates as needed.
- Review open order report daily, and update commit dates.
- Collaboration of Strategic Account Information with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Service/Evaluate/Upsell Customer Requests.

- Product knowledge and give inventory recommendations.

Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA or Corona, CA
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.75 per hour
Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk position will be responsible for processing a high volume of Accounts Payable Product Inventory invoices, verifying product quantities, freight, and pricing, and ensuring timely payments. Serves as backup for Accounts Payable Operating invoices. Performs invoice analysis and reconciliations using independent judgment and thorough knowledge of accounts payable principles.
Essential Job Functions:
- Process Product payments and support Operating invoice payments.
- Daily: date-stamp AP inbox items, distribute backups to AP and Billing.
- Enter Product invoices; verify product, qty, freight, and cost; follow up one week for missing info and escalate unresolved issues to AP Specialist.
- Ensure invoice accuracy, completeness, and timely payment; maintain backup files.
- Prepare weekly payments and support the payment register (Check Upload, ACH, PSP, Credit Card).
- Enter approved credit memos for Vendor Claims via VCR; escalate credit discrepancies to AP Manager.
- Reconcile daily inventory-received items, resolve outstanding balances, and request vendor statements; work with AP Specialist/Manager as needed.
- Obtain and process vendor credits when required.
- Manage Conexiom alerts: update part cross-references and fix pricing/quantity issues.
- Serve as primary vendor contact for claims, discrepancies, and payment details.
- Create and maintain AP Product Inventory SOPs.
- Validate, code, and enter Operating expense invoices to correct GL accounts with required approvals; batch by vendor terms for weekly payments and submit batches to AP Manager.
- Work accurately with minimal supervision; follow up weekly on vendor issues and escalate items still open two weeks before due date.
- Keep organized filing for research, reference, and payment notes.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to multitask to completion.

Warehouse Associate II - Satellite (OH & OR)
Location: Columbus, OH & Portland, WA
Job Summary: Join our team as an experienced Warehouse Associate and play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Unload inbound shipments, check inbound materials in, receive material into the prelude system, label, and put away materials with a barcode scanner.
- Review material with customers.
- Loads customers with the forklift.
- Organizes and sort material.
- Use the Vast app to scan and true up material.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be able to operate a standard forklift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead.
- Must be able to work under deadline pressure as organizational skills are the key to finding and providing merchandise quickly and accurately for customer orders.

- Maintain, sort, and organize merchandise so that it can be easily located in proper bin locations.
- Responsible for picking all orders that come in on a daily basis for Talley LLC. customers.
- Assure us that product that is being picked for customer orders is 100% accurate.
- Responsible for packing all orders that come in on a daily basis for Talley LLC customers.
- Assure us that product that is being packed for customer orders is 100% accurate and protected.
- Responsible for picking, packing, and loading/checking out of customer will-call orders.
- Process cable cuts, lagging/boxing of reels/coils, and palletizing reels per customer requirements.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
- Forklift experience is desired (not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead.
